No. Your photographer captures the timeless, editorial moments, whereas qt captures gives you the real-time fun, the unfiltered joy, and the moments no one else sees. We work alongside your photographer, not in place of them. If your budget doesn’t allow for a videographer, we might be the next best thing, capturing an array of candid clips throughout the ceremony but we’re not a replacement.

Depending on your package, you’ll receive a curated mix of raw footage and/or short-form vertical videos, perfect for reels, TikToks, and Instagram stories. Expect behind-the-scenes magic, emotional moments, candid guest reactions, fun transitions, and those little pockets of joy that make your day yours.

You’ll receive the majority of the content on same day, either via AirDrop or a downloadable link. If you have purchased a package that includes curated reels and footage, this footage will be delivered within 48 hours via a downloaded link.

Queenstown weather has a mind of its own, but we’re flexible. If we need to shift the date due to extreme weather, we can reschedule (subject to availability) at no extra charge. We’ll always do what we can to make sure you still get the magic

Most couples book 6–12 months in advance, but I also plan elopements on shorter timelines. The sooner you book, the better your chances of securing your dream location and vendors.

I handle everything from location scouting and vendor bookings (celebrants, florals, transport, hair and makeup, and more) to timelines, logistics, and on-the-day coordination. I also capture your day with cinematic video content delivered within hours.

Absolutely. Elopements don’t have to be just the two of you. I can help plan intimate gatherings with family and friends, while keeping the focus on your love and the adventure of the day.

Yes! We travel anywhere in New Zealand (and Australia) for weddings, elopements, and events no matter how small or large. Travel surcharge may apply depending on the location.
